Why is my ice soft or wet?
Nugget ice is softer than hard cube ice and is best enjoyed fresh. Slight surface moisture is normal in an insulated basket.
Why is there water in the machine?
As ice melts, water recirculates back into the system to help make more fresh ice.
Why does the machine say ice full early?
Ice can pile up under the outlet and trigger the sensor. Gently flatten the ice to create more room.
